What else do I need to know?
Anyone who signs up with Stampin’ Up! becomes an Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. If you click and sign up with THIS link then you become part of my team.
What does it cost to get started?
To begin, everyone who signs up to be a demonstrator must invest in the Starter Kit. The Starter Kit allows you to purchase $125 worth of materials for only $99. You will also receive a FREE Paper Pumpkin box with the Starter Kit order. So, the price to get started is $99 plus your state tax.
What discount do I get?
Your first discount is FREE shipping on your Starter Kit. After you receive your starter kit you will start with a 20% discount. Your discount will also apply when there are sales and the clearance rack items.
Can I join for no other reason than to get the discount?
Yes, absolutely! That is the primary reason why most people join. It thrills me to be able to offer the opportunity to take advantage of such quality products at a discount.
What am I required to do to stay a demonstrator?
To stay active and receive your discount you are required to have product orders that meet the minimum requirement of $300 per quarter.
Do I have to sell products to others?
No, it is not necessary to sell to others in order to maintain your demonstrator status. The minimum sales requirements can be met with your own purchases.
Do I have to recruit others to be on my team?
No. You can recruit others if you want but there is no requirement to do so.
Does Stampin’ Up! have additional resources to help me?
Yes. If you become a demonstrator you have access to your own portal where you can manage your membership and your account. You even have overviews of who is on your team, sales reports, and useful learning materials.
As a member of your (Pam’s) team, will I receive your support?
Yes! I am here to help you and to have fun too. I have been doing this for 15 years and have never looked backed. I have lots of experience to help you get started and I love connecting with people!
Do I have to hold classes?
No. Holding classes has never been a requirement. However, I do encourage my team to connect with other stampers in the community. Sharing, encouragement, and laughter are all a part of the stamping experience. Stamping is great but stamping with others is even better.
What if I don’t have a blog or Facebook page, can I still join?
Yes, you can join without having any social network component. Social media is a good way to connect with others but there are alternative ways to stay connected with me. We will find a good solution for you so that we can connect.
Okay, I am ready to sign up. What do I need to do and what can I expect?
Click on THIS link to begin the registration process.
You will be asked to read and accept the agreement from Stampin’ Up! and then you can start adding product to your Starter Kit. You can add up to $125 worth of materials and only spend $99, plus your state taxes. You will then need to pay for your Starter Kit with a credit card using Stampin’ Up!s secure payment system. At some point it will ask if you have a code…just click “No” and then “Apply”. Once you have checked out, your kit will be shipped to you and you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a temporary password to access the private Demonstrator Website. It is best not to wait creating your new password as the temporary one will expire.
